These Terms apply to all visitors, users, advertisers, and publishers who access TopUrlz. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
3. Marketplace services
TopUrlz provides a marketplace for guest posts, link insertions, content writing, and related digital marketing services. Publisher metrics and inventory may change. Orders are subject to publisher acceptance, editorial standards, and delivery terms shown at checkout.
4. Payments & approvals
Pricing is shown per listing or package. Marketplace orders may reserve funds until a live URL is approved or auto-approved after the stated window. Managed packages follow the written scope agreed with our team.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TopUrlz for unlawful content, spam, PBNs presented as editorial inventory, or attempts to manipulate metrics fraudulently.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopUrlz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace or third-party publisher sites.
